The following buses serve direct access from Watford city to Radlett: 602,632.
Radlett train station is directly opposite The Red Lion - the hotel is accessible vie First Capital Connect train line approximately every 15 mins to and from Kings Cross. Travelling south change at St Albans for Radlett. Luton Airport is just 18 minutes direct train from Radlett.
By road we are on the A5183 Watling St, you can gain easy access from the M1, M25, A1
From M25 Eastbound (towards Potters Bar):
Exit Junction 19 towards Watford/London (A41). Stay on the A41 following London/M1 South. At the junction off with the M1, (junction 5), stay on the A41, and after a couple of yards turn left at the roundabout at the Watford Hilton onto the B462 (Hartspring Lane) to Radlett. After 2 mile turn right at the mini-roundabout into Radlett Town Centre. The Red Lion and Dining Rooms will be on your right shortly. The car park is at the rear of the hotel, off Aldenham Road.
From M25 Westbound (towards Heathrow):
Exit at Juntion 22 (St Albans) onto the B556 (Bell Lane) to Radlett. Go straight over the roundabout at the junction with the B5378 (St Albans/Borehamwood): this is Harper Lane. At the T-Junction turn left onto the A5183 (Watling Street) and continue into Radlett; go over the mini roundabout at the junction with the B462 to Watford. The Red Lion will be on your right shortly. The car park is at the rea of the hotel, off Aldenham Road.
From M1 North or Southbound
Exit at Junction 5 towards Watford. Take the A41 south towards London. After a couple of hundred yards turn left at the Watford Hilton onto the B462 to Radlett. After 2 miles turn right at the mini roundabout in Radlett Town Centre. The Red Lion will be on your right shortly. The car park is at the rear of the hotel, off Aldenham Road.
From A1 Northbound:
Exit the A1 onto the A41, then at Elstree onto the A5183 towards Radlett. The Red Lion will be on your left in the high street. Immediately before the hotel turn left into Aldenham Road; the car park is at the rear of the hotel.
From A1 (M) Southbound:
Exit the A1 (M) at junction 3 onto the A414 towards London Colney. Exit on to the A5183 towards Radlett at the roundabout at the start of the M10. In the town centre go straight over the mini roundabout and the Red Lion will shortly be on your right. The car park is at the rear of the hotel, off Aldenham Road.
